NENEK SI BONGKOK TIGA

INTRODUCTION
‘Nenek si bongkok tiga’ also known as find grandchild games in Malay. It is usually play outside house. This game usually played by several player especially kids. In this ‘Nenek si bongkok tiga’ games, it has two specific song that will be singing by one of player. Handkerchief and a stick needed as equipment to play this game.
HOW TO PLAY

·        Before game starts, a vote will be made to decide who will be the ‘nenek’.

·        This game need a handkerchief and stick as the ‘nenek’ is blind.

·        They will sing the lyric while in the game :

Nenek, nenek, si bongkok tiga.

Siang mengantuk, malam berjaga.

Mencari cucu dimana berada.

Nenek kahwin dengan anak raja.

          After they finished the song, then the ‘nenek’ will continue with her own song :
          Cucu, cucu tak dapat lari.
          Nenek tua banyak sakti.

Sekarang nenek nak cari ganti.

          Siapa yang kena, dia menjadi.

After the ‘nenek’ finished her song, the ‘cucu’ will stay silent to avoid from the ‘nenek’. The ‘nenek’ who does not know their location and she will try find them. If of them being caught, the ‘nenek’ need to guess who is the player. If right, the player will be the ‘nenek’ and if its wrong, the ‘nenek’ will be ‘nenek’ until the end of game.
